2. Locum duration from 6th August to 13th August 2017 (8 days)
3. Paid RM250.00 per day for full day and RM125.00 for half day
4. Working time from 8.30am to 6.00pm and Sunday is half day
5. Paid return air passage to and from port of hire
6. Accomodation provided
